The calorie figures, nutrition data, calculators and other content are provided for general information only and are estimates (see Methodology). They are not medical, dietary or professional advice. You must read and accept our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
We make no warranty that content is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose, and may change or remove content at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual property
The design, text, calculators and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent. Underlying nutrition data belongs to the third-party publishers credited on our Methodology page.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites (including our data sources). We provide these for convenience and do not endorse or take responsibility for their content or practices. Access is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
- We accept no liability for any loss or damage, including any health outcome, financial loss or loss of data, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site.
- We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
